  • Average sales of  51 Lodi homes per month over the past 12 months indicates it could take 5 months to sell a Lodi home.
  • 610  Lodi homes sold over the 12 month period ended August, 2014 as compared to 696  Lodi properties in the comparable prior period.
  • The average sale price per square foot of $186.47  compares to $161.27 in in the prior period.
